Is income verification part of the application process?

Yes, applicants will be required to upload proof of income documents during the application process to be screened by Snappt

Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?

​Yes, you may select a specific apartment. Contact us today for more information about holding an available apartment home.

Is there an application fee?

​$50 application + $150 admin fee

When is rent due and how can I pay? Are there late fees? Is there a grace period?

​Rent is due on the 1st of the month and can be paid through our online resident portal, check, or certified funds. Late fees will be applied on the 4th of the month. 

Are utilities included?

​Utilities are not included.

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

​Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

What happens if I need to move out before my lease expires?

​A fee will be charged to residents who choose to break lease. 

Is renter's insurance required?

A $15 facilities fee is added to your rent each month, which covers the apartment home. You may choose to acquire renter’s insurance to cover your personal belongings, but this is not required.

What leasing options are available?

Our lease terms range from 7-14 months.

Are apartments cable ready? If so who is the provider? Is there a separate charge?

Yes, our apartments are cable ready and serviced by Spectrum or AT&T. Service level and cost is resident responsibility.

Are the apartments wired for Wifi? Is there a preferred provider?

Yes, our apartments are wifi ready and serviced by Spectrum or AT&T. Service level and cost is resident responsibility.

Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?

We are happy to offer 24-hour Luxer One package lockers that will hold your deliveries until you are available to pick them up.

What is the smoking policy? Can I smoke in my apartment? Is there a designated smoking area?

Breathe easy. We are a smoke-free community.

What is the parking situation? Is parking assigned? Is there a fee or permit required for parking?

Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis for all leaseholders & guests. Private garages are available to lease. Contact the leasing office for details.

Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?

We welcome most dogs and cats. Some breed restrictions apply.
